Who we are
Experience from social work, extended through digital tools.
People from social work
AssistLux was born in Luxembourg. Its founder, Maxime de Azevedo, worked for several years in social organisations, with young people, in the disability sector and in vocational reintegration.
- We know the daily work of teams from the inside.
- Our first tools were designed with them, for needs observed every day.
- We speak the language of social work before the language of tech.
Tools and materials that adapt to you
We build tailor-made applications, create awareness materials and support organisations that want to move forward with digital tools.
- Applications designed around real tasks.
- Clear, multilingual and accessible materials.
- Support to choose the right answer, without overselling.
To give time back to support work
In the social sector, time spent on admin and coordination is often taken from the people being supported. Digital tools should remove complexity, not add to it.
- Less re-entering of data and scattered information.
- Teams who get time back for people.
- Supported people who become more independent.
The same day, two ways of working
Tap both buttons to see the difference.
- Useful information is gathered in one place.
- Data entered once is available wherever it is needed.
- Everyone sees where the work stands, at the right time.
- Teams keep their energy for people.
Each project starts from your situation: the tool adapts to your practices.
What guides each of our projects
The field comes first
We observe before we propose. A solution is only valuable if it answers a real situation.
Technology adapts
Teams should not have to adapt to the tool. It is tested and adjusted with the people who use it.
People at the centre
Digital tools free up time for support. Decisions that matter are still made by people.
Let’s discuss how you work and what could genuinely help.
The first conversation is there to clarify the need.
