Learning the habits of the working world, at your own pace.
01
The phone
My day-to-day, at my fingertips.
My hours, my attendance, my leave: I find my information in my language.
I get organised.
I learn digital skills.
I take the initiative.
Choose a screen or tap the phone
Clickable phone · change the language, scroll through the month · fictitious data.
02
Keeping track of my leave
I take charge of my measure.
Every period of leave agreed with the supervisor comes out on a real form, generated automatically. I sign it, just like in a company. My balance and my attendance stay visible: I know where I stand.
The form generated by WeeTUC and the clickable phone · fictitious examples.
03
Learning to clock in
I record my own arrival.
With my personal badge, I learn how to clock in and to keep to my working hours.
Punctuality · regular attendance · independence
Optional. Each service chooses whether to work with or without clocking in. All it takes is a tablet, a reader and a QR badge per person.
AI-generated illustration · real WeeTUC screen, fictitious name.
04
My face, my workstation, my hours
I know where to go. I prepare my day.
My portrait helps me recognise myself, even when reading French is difficult. Everyone is shown at their best, in their place. The team adapts the workstations, pictures and hours to each site and service.
Schedules you can adapt to your needs
An example service · demo portraits and information.
05
Finding the right resources
Not sure? I find the answer.
I scan, I choose my language, and I understand my rights and my duties.
I scan the QR code. One sticker per service, displayed in the organisation. All it takes is a phone.
I choose my language. The guide is available in thirty languages.
I read the guide to the measure. Eight chapters: duration, leave, absences, allowance, contacts… The ONIS rules, with their sources.
I find the answer to my question. “I am ill”: letting people know, sending the certificate within three days, forwarding it to ONIS… I am guided step by step.
You record the day-to-day. The month-end prepares itself.
Someone calls at 8:10 to say they won’t be coming in. Two minutes later, the service carries on with its day.
